The Project Engineer oversees the planning, ex*****on, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and ex*****on of projects from concept to completion.
* Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and technical documentation.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in project delivery.
* Ensure quality assurance and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electrical
* 3–5+ years of experience in project engineering or project management.
* PMP certification is an advantage.
* Proven experience managing large-scale engineering projects.
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
