We started with 5 persons as sales and
after sales services (mainly repairs) for instruments delivered
through us from various German/European Suppliers.
2 We started as Exclusive Agent of Messrs. Hartmann & Braun AG - Germany in 1967
[3] After that we increased the range of companies we represent in the field of measuring and control

joint the company the name is HAK Measurement & Automation
[5] We are now 50 employees working in measuring and control field
II - ACTIVITIES
Our activities cover the following:
a. Study of projects and proposing the necessary technical
solutions. Marketing acquisition and Sales activities. Offer issuance
for the instruments/spare parts and systems of all our suppliers
e. All commercial handling, contracting, follow-up etc. related to
the execution & finalizing of small or big orders, assistance to
supplier & customer. e.g.
- No L/G has been liquefied in the past 38 years although several complaints have been raised by customer which were justified, however we could always solve the problems
- No penalties were charged in the past 38 years, although
they would have applied in several cases, however we
were always successful to satisfy customer, even if it was
on our account. Engineering and documentation. Supervision of erection and/or erection of the instrumentation
and systems. After Sales Service
Repair / maintenance / calibration / configuration of instruments/
systems delivered through us from our suppliers or which have
been delivered through indirect business via turn-key projects. Any repairs during guarantee period are done by our engineers
without charge for customer nor our principals. Training and Seminars
Training for our customers in our well equipped Training Center
[2 rooms, one for 22 persons, and the other for 8 persons]
- Regular Training’s are held for measuring instruments and
gas analyzers, either together with our principals’ staff,
or only by our qualified staff.
- Irregular Seminars are held for introduction of new
products.
- Seminars are held by some other suppliers for introduction
of new products. III - CUSTOMERS
Our customers are mainly all the industrial factories (heavy and light industry), Cement Plants, Power Stations and to some extend Water stations, Chemical and Petrochemical Industries, private sector and engineering companies
