How Does a PLC Control a Machine?
A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) receives signals from sensors, processes them, and sends commands to control the machine.
The basic idea is:
Input → Processing → Output
For example:
A sensor detects an object → the PLC processes the signal → a motor starts or stops.
At Origin Labs, students can explore PLCs through hands-on training and understand how industrial control systems work in real applications.

Technical support will cover feasibility, product architecture, prototype and MVP planning, troubleshooting, testing, and demonstration preparation.

What Can Vibration Tell Us About a Machine? ⚙️

How Does Heat Move From One Place to Another♨️❓

Heat is constantly moving around us—from hot engine components to cooling systems and even inside power plants.
Engineers mainly study three ways heat is transferred:
Conduction — heat moving through a solid material.
Convection — heat transferred through moving fluids.
Radiation — heat transferred through electromagnetic waves.

Understanding these three modes is essential for designing efficient engines, HVAC systems, heat exchangers, and energy systems.
