Purpose of the company:
1. Production of electricity from thermal power plants and its affiliates.
2. Management, operation and maintenance of power plants, affiliates, and
carry out the necessary replacement and renovation of these stations.
3. Sale of electricity produced from power plants affiliated to the Egyptian
company for the transfer of electricity, as well as to electricity distribution
companies for energy transmitted on the medium effort.
4. Implementation of projects for the production of electricity from thermal
stations.
5. Carry out studies and research in the field of activity of the company.
6. Do any of the acts or other activities related or complementary to the

7. Do what others entrusted to the company from acts which interference in
