1. ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Experience:
Minimum 3 Years
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare maintenance programs and lead maintenance teams to execute them efficiently according to approved schedules and budgets.
* Review daily work orders and supervise repair activities for production machinery and electric overhead travelling cranes.
* Prepare and issue the related maintenance reports to the concerned departments.
* Assess potential electrical problems and recommend system enhancements or upgrades.
* Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment.
* Maintain Programmable Logic Controller systems and create regular backups of PLC programs to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
* Monitor the inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.
* Issue material requisition requests for insufficient items and inspect spare parts upon receipt.
* Conduct root cause analysis to identify the causes of recurring problems and recommend preventive actions.
* Ensure the team’s readiness and responsiveness to emergency maintenance requests during the shift.
Job Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
* Good knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, drives, and automation systems.
Skills and Competencies:
* Analytical thinking.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work at heights, including work related to overhead cranes.

2. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Experience:
Minimum 3 Years
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
* Implement maintenance strategies according to production requirements.
* Identify mechanical faults, perform the required repairs, and work to prevent their recurrence.
* Follow up on the production line’s spare-parts requirements and define the required technical specifications.
* Supervise and direct the mechanical maintenance team.
* Respond quickly to equipment breakdown notifications and minimize production downtime whenever possible.
Job Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Skills and Competencies:
* Analytical thinking.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with reading and understanding hydraulic circuits.

3. HSE ENGINEER
Experience:
Minimum 3 Years
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Implement, monitor, and update the HSE management system according to legal requirements and company policies.
* Develop and implement occupational health, safety, and environmental policies and programs.
* Ensure the safety of IPIC employees, contractors, visitors, and company premises.
* Record and follow up on hazards, non-conformities, and the required corrective actions.
* Conduct risk assessments, prepare fire plans, and enforce preventive safety measures.
* Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and conduct root cause analyses.
* Monitor worksite activities and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
* Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for employees at all organizational levels.
* Participate in firefighting and alarm-system upgrading projects.
Job Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Engineer.
* Solid knowledge of environmental management systems and Egyptian regulations.
Training and Certifications:
* A government-issued occupational safety certificate is required.
* OSHA certification or an equivalent safety certificate is considered an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong time and stress management abilities.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.

4. PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Experience:
Minimum 3 Years
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Execute the production plan efficiently according to work orders, shop drawings, client requirements, and quality specifications.
* Monitor the progress of production processes according to approved schedules and timeframes.
* Recommend and implement corrective actions when production deviations occur.
* Control production costs according to approved budgets to help ensure project profitability.
* Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, HSE, and Stores departments to achieve the targeted productivity.
* Prepare operational and production reports and submit them to the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Production Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in forming and welding processes.
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong English language and technical writing skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong team-leadership skills.
