Urgent Hiring – Senior Import Specialist
CRS Denim Garments Egypt | Free Zone for Investment – Port Said, Egypt
CRS Denim Garments Egypt, a leading ready-made garments manufacturer (denim jeans), is urgently seeking a Senior Import Specialist to manage and control all import operations of the company.
This role is fully dedicated to import activities and requires a highly experienced, detail-oriented professional with deep knowledge of import documentation, shipment follow-up, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities
Handle and control all import documentation and customs procedures.
Follow up on shipments from suppliers until arrival and clearance.
Prepare detailed reports on import activities, costs, and shipment status.
Work directly with Nafeza and CargoX platforms (ACID numbers, document upload & tracking).
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely import operations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in import operations (preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry).
Strong practical experience in Nafeza and CargoX systems is mandatory.
Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Very good computer skills (MS Office & ERP systems).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
