🔌 ¿RED TRIFÁSICA SIN NEUTRO?

Aunque muchas instalaciones trabajan con redes trifásicas con neutro (3P4W), en numerosos entornos industriales siguen siendo muy habituales las redes trifásicas sin neutro o 3 hilos (3P3W).

Este tipo de configuración puede encontrarse en:

⚡ Instalaciones industriales
⚡ Motores y cargas trifásicas
⚡ Distribución MT/BT
⚡ Sistemas navales
⚡ Cuadros eléctricos antiguos
⚡ Aplicaciones internacionales e industria pesada

En estas redes, la medida eléctrica cambia:

• No existe referencia fase-neutro
• La medida se realiza entre fases
• El analizador debe estar preparado específicamente para trabajar en configuraciones 3P3W

Y aquí es donde es importante elegir correctamente el equipo de medida. Muchos analizadores básicos del mercado están pensados únicamente para redes con neutro y pueden perder funciones o precisión en instalaciones sin neutro.

🔌 THREE-PHASE NETWORK WITHOUT NEUTRAL?

Although many installations operate with three-phase networks with neutral (3P4W), three-phase networks without neutral, or 3-wire networks (3P3W), are still very common in many industrial environments.

This type of configuration can be found in:

⚡ Industrial installations
⚡ Motors and three-phase loads
⚡ MV/LV distribution
⚡ Marine systems
⚡ Older electrical panels
⚡ International applications and heavy industry

In these networks, electrical measurement changes:

• There is no phase-to-neutral reference
• Measurement is carried out between phases
• The analyzer must be specifically designed to operate in 3P3W configurations

This is why choosing the right measuring equipment is so important. Many basic analyzers on the market are designed only for networks with neutral and may lose functionality or accuracy in installations without neutral.
