Most delays in a new plant aren’t technical. They come down to planning.
A processing line isn’t decided in a single meeting. Behind it there’s process analysis, design, manufacturing, shipping, installation, commissioning and team training. Each stage has its own timeline, and they all have to fit together, working backwards from the harvest season.
When the decision comes late, the rush forces cuts exactly where they hurt most: in process analysis or in commissioning.
