Our colleagues Ignacio Alonso (Marketing Manager) and Jose Muñoz (Purchase Manager) shared our experience implementing the new color label printing, which provides us with high levels of customization, agility, quality, and precision, while also allowing us to optimize the packaging operational process.

SAS Group adquiere Pevesa Agroscience.

Estamos encantados de anunciar la adquisición de PEVESA AGROSCIENCE por parte de SAS GROUP.

Pevesa Agroscience es la división agrícola de Pevesa Biotech, productora de bioestimulantes y fertilizantes de origen vegetal, que forma parte de Kerry Group plc, proveedor líder de soluciones de Taste y Nutrition para el sector alimentario, bebidas, y farmacéutico.

De este modo, el Grupo SAS se complementa para ser más potente y sólido, reforzando el proyecto de expansión iniciado hace tres años con la adquisición de SAS por la firma de capital riesgo especializada en la inversión en empresas Stirling Square y continuado con la incorporación al grupo de la empresa Biovert en 2023.

En palabras de nuestro CEO Eduard Vallverdú:

Sustainable Agro Solutions acquires Pevesa Agroscience.

We are delighted to announce the acquisition of PEVESA AGROSCIENCE by SAS GROUP.

Pevesa Agroscience is the agicultural division of Pevesa Biotech, a Spanish producer of biostimulants and plant-based fertilizers. Pevesa Biotech is part of Kerry Group plc., a leading provider of taste and nutrition solutions for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors.

In this way, the SAS group complements itself to be more powerful and solid, reinforcing the expansion project started three years ago with the acquisition of SAS by the venture capital firm specializing in investment in Stirling Square companies and continued with the incorporation of the company Biovert into the group in 2023.

In the words of our CEO, Eduard Vallverdú:
“We have admired Pevesa Agroscience for a long time and are thrilled to announce this investment at an exciting time for our business. This transaction fits very well into SAS’ core business and will enable us to introduce Pevesa Agroscience’s complementary and differentiated technology, intellectual property, and operating assets to SAS.
