We have just received a call from an unsatisfied non-customer. When I say non-customer, I refer to someone who has never contracted us to do any works them. This person stated that as we are so unreliable and uncontactable they would be sharing their opinion with the world of Facebook. Before this post appears I would like to comment.

As a vast number of our actual clients are already aware, I ( Natalie) am currently away from work due to illness. This, unfortunately, has meant that there has been, and continues to be, an increased stress on Carl, as he now has to try and do the job of two people within the timeframe of a single working day. This also means that some calls will be missed. There are many other avenues of contact should a call go unanswered..

Morning facebookers. We said a fond farewell to our apprentice Connor, on Friday. We wish him all the best in his new venture and look forward to partaking of a few beverages together the next time we are out and about.

Thank you very much to Checkers pool cleaning for writing our van off yesterday morning, with your dangerous driving in the rain. We were VERY lucky that no one was seriously hurt.
We can only apologise to any of our clients who may suffer delays on having their work completed, due to this persons wreckless behaviour

Down at Los Llanos market today, and it's another warm one. Our Solarventi is working hard, with an air temperature of 25.3, it's output is currently pushing out warm dry air at a temperature of 37.1

We would like to advise all of our clients of our recent communication changes. We are now no longer using Albox Online for telephone and internet. We are now using Telplay. For this reason, the following amendments to our contact numbers have had to take place.

We no longer have our UK telephone number, so ,effective immediately, please call either 950930900 or 968969962.

We also no longer have our Albox Online account number for those with Albox online phones, so I am afraid you will also now have to use the normal landline numbers above.

We are temporarily without an answerphone, so out of office hours,
please call 620742954.

If, throughout the coming weeks, you try to contact us and are unable to get through on the phone, please send me a message or email to let me know.
