NICE wingo gate closers finished today. On of the gate leaves folded back against a wall. The solution was to cut a recess in the hollow block wall.

A big thumbs for the genius that is Seth Pitham at Zeta services. Firstly a Mitsubishi Electric power supply circuit. It had been damaged by a large power surge that occurred in Los Requenas on Sunday. Second a Caldera Spas controller, the power supply had died of old age.
Both circuits repaired with a smile. Saving the owners the great upset and financial hardship of having to buy new ones. Well done.

Following last week's installation. Two more sets completed for neighbours in Los Higuerales.
One involving lifting the blocks of the driveway to run a conduit for the interconnection cable. The electrical supply previously installed by Lloyd James.

A motorised gate installation. One leaf opened against a wall. A cavity was created within the wall to accommodate the motor.

This week we removed three multi split aircon systems,both inefficient and using the now obselete R22 refrigerant. They were replaced with the latest AAA efficiency Inverter systems from Mitsubishi Electric.

A very difficult AC install today. A multi split for two bedrooms and a single split system for the lounge. All the pipework fed through multiple walls and a wardrobe in trunking. The outside units located in an internal courtyard. It was not possible to swing a small cat in there with all the ladders and the lift.

An installation completed today in Oria. Seperate split systems for two bedrooms and a multi split system for the master bedroom and lounge. Thanks John.

A pair of gates motorised last week. The actuators were mounted into recesses, due to the gate leaves sitting flat against the walls when open.

An installation finished today. The clients didn't want the external units mounted on the front of the house. The lounge and office external units were mounted around the side.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split systems Installed today. But I did have a helper.

Due to a client's room constraints a low level wall mounted AC unit was selected. All the functionality of a high level split unit, just lower down the wall.
