¿DÓNDE HEMOS ESTADO?
Durante la última semana hemos publicado menos porque hemos estado trabajando intensamente detrás de las cámaras en una importante evolución de La Reforma Baza.
Después de casi cinco años, nuestra página web necesitaba crecer junto con nosotros. La Reforma Baza ya no ofrece únicamente trabajos de reforma y construcción. Hemos desarrollado una gama mucho más amplia y estructurada de servicios técnicos, productos y soluciones diseñados para mejorar y armonizar la envolvente del edificio y su entorno.
Nuestro objetivo es ayudar a nuestros clientes a preparar sus propiedades para las nuevas exigencias de eficiencia energética que llegarán durante los próximos años, combinando:
• Patología de la edificación
• Inspecciones y estudios técnicos
• Reformas integrales
• Eficiencia energética
• Cubiertas, fachadas y aislamiento
• Ventanas, puertas y soluciones solares
• Informes, proyectos y gestión de licencias
• Mantenimiento preventivo y seguimiento técnico
Pero la nueva web es solo una parte del trabajo.
También estamos construyendo el Sistema Operativo de La Reforma Baza: LRB-OS.
LRB-OS será el sistema que conectará nuestras inspecciones, visitas de obra, documentación técnica, personal, equipos, formación, normativa, mantenimiento y gestión de proyectos.
Cuando realicemos una inspección o visita, el sistema abrirá automáticamente una secuencia de procesos específicos para esa propiedad y ese tipo de trabajo.
La información recogida podrá generar el paquete documental correspondiente, incluyendo, según el proyecto:
• Formularios para ayuntamientos y otras administraciones
• Documentación técnica y registros de inspección
• Evaluaciones de riesgos y métodos de trabajo específicos para la obra
• Requisitos del Código Técnico de la Edificación
• Normativa y legislación aplicable
• Personal autorizado y competente para realizar los trabajos
• Certificados, formación y actualizaciones necesarias
• Herramientas, maquinaria y equipos requeridos
• Comprobación de mantenimientos, inspecciones y calibraciones
• Registros fotográficos, controles de calidad y documentación de entrega
Esto nos permitirá recopilar la información una sola vez y utilizarla correctamente durante todo el proyecto, reduciendo duplicaciones, errores y retrasos administrativos.
Cada trabajo podrá conservar un historial técnico permanente dentro de nuestro sistema, facilitando futuras inspecciones, ampliaciones, reparaciones y mantenimiento preventivo.
Más adelante, nuestros clientes también podrán disponer de un portal privado desde el que consultar información, recibir documentación, solicitar servicios y reservar citas.
Todo estará conectado mediante sistemas seguros y diseñado para ofrecer un servicio más organizado, trazable, eficiente y profesional.
No hemos desaparecido.

WHERE HAVE WE BEEN?
We have posted less during the past week because we have been working intensively behind the scenes on a major evolution of La Reforma Baza.
After almost five years, our website needed to grow with us. La Reforma Baza no longer provides only general construction and renovation work. We have developed a much broader and more structured range of technical services, products and solutions designed to improve and harmonise the building envelope and its surroundings.
Our aim is to help clients prepare their properties for the new energy-efficiency requirements expected over the coming years by combining:
• Building pathology
• Technical inspections and surveys
• Complete renovation projects
• Energy-efficiency improvements
• Roofing, façades and insulation
• Windows, doors and solar solutions
• Reports, projects and permit management
• Preventive maintenance and technical monitoring
However, the new website is only one part of what we have been building.
We are also developing the La Reforma Baza Operating System: LRB-OS.
LRB-OS will connect our surveys, site visits, technical documentation, personnel, equipment, training, regulations, maintenance and project management.
When a survey or site visit is completed, the system will automatically open a sequence of processes specific to that property and type of work.
The information gathered will be able to generate the relevant project documentation bundle, which may include:
• Forms required by town halls and other authorities
• Technical documentation and inspection records
• Site-specific risk assessments and method statements
• Spanish Building Code requirements
• Applicable regulations and legislation
• A list of competent operatives authorised to undertake the work
• Required certifications, training and refresher courses
• Tools, machinery and equipment required
• Checks that servicing, inspections and calibrations remain current
• Photographic records, quality controls and handover documentation
This will allow us to collect information once and use it correctly throughout the project, reducing duplication, administrative errors and delays.
Every project will also be capable of retaining a permanent technical history within our system, making future inspections, extensions, repairs and preventive maintenance easier to manage.
In time, clients will also have access to a private portal where they can view information, receive documents, request services and book appointments.
Everything will be connected through secure systems and designed to provide a more organised, traceable, efficient and professional service.
We have not disappeared.
We are building the next stage of La Reforma Baza.
