COTT HOUSE KIT — AVAILABLE FROM STOCK

We are offering the house-kit stage of our COTT project, with approximately 120 m² of total usable area:

• 90 m² interior space (3 bedrooms)
• 30 m² covered terrace

The building system is designed for efficient transport and rapid assembly. The house is delivered as 4 prefabricated modules combined with a set of flat-pack building elements, substantially reducing the amount of construction work required on site.

The project can be installed on almost any suitable land plot across the EU, using a geodesic screw-pile foundation — minimizing excavation, concrete works and impact on the site.

The COTT kit is already produced and in stock, making it particularly interesting for projects where construction lead time is critical.

The versatility of natural larch

Natural larch façade is available as an optional upgrade for our cabins - combining a distinctive architectural appearance with remarkably simple long-term maintenance.

Left completely untreated, larch needs no varnishing, repainting or regular surface treatment.

With exposure to sun, air and weather, its warm natural colour gradually transforms into a characteristic silver-grey patina. This natural weathering and oxidation protects the surface while giving every façade its own evolving character.
