This old fence in Denia was falling apart and needed to be replaced.

A new concrete block fence was built with modern panels on top. The new design is higher than the old one, gives the customer more privacy, and improves the look of the property from the outside.
New fence lighting was also fitted to finish it off nicely.

Sometimes small changes can make a big difference in a bathroom.

Here, the old mirror was replaced with a modern mirrored cabinet, and the outdated sink was swapped for a new floating cabinet with a modern sink and tap.

Full bathroom renovation done in Denia

Everything was renewed — new plumbing, wall and floor tiles, and all fittings replaced. The layout stayed the same, but the old bathtub was changed to a modern walk in shower, and a new toilet and sink cabinet were fitted too.

The bathroom now looks much more modern and fresh!

These two bedrooms in Javea had serious mould problems on the walls and ceilings.

All the mould was fully treated, the surfaces sealed with an anti mould base primer, and repainted using breathable anti mould paint to stop mould from coming back.

Now both rooms look clean, fresh, and bright again.

This entrance roof in Denia had a small slope and was leaking, so the walls inside were getting damp every time it rained.

Here at Renovesta, the roof was taken down and rebuilt with a bigger slope for better water run off, fully waterproofed, and finished with a new rain gutter to keep everything dry and protected.
