Interesting day at home! ⚡

This week, JIEEC 2026, the International Conference on Electrical Grids, took place at BAT B Accelerator Tower in Bilbao, the same tower where our team works, and we couldn't miss it.

We listened to experts talk about smart grids, digitalization, AI, cybersecurity and energy storage, all key pieces for the electrification of industry. Many of these ideas fit perfectly with our daily work at Zerua Tech: using Artificial Intelligence and physics-based simulation to solve complex engineering challenges.

Thanks to Energiaren Euskal Erakundea - Ente Vasco de la Energía, Tecnalia and Orkestra for organizing such a great event, and to everyone who stopped to chat during the breaks. 🙌

Last week Zerua Tech had the pleasure of participating in B Acceleration Week 2026 at BAT B Accelerator Tower in Bilbao.

The event brought together startups, corporations, investors, and innovation leaders for two days of inspiring talks, networking, and collaboration around innovation and technology.

It was a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas, meet new people, and reconnect with fellow startups, including our friends from Vaneoo and Quantum Mads.

A huge thank you to the BAT team and everyone involved in organizing such a successful event. We look forward to the next edition!

This week, Zerua Tech had the opportunity to host a joint visit from the SUPSI Scuola universitaria professionale della Svizzera italiana (Switzerland) and Universidad de Deusto (Spain) MBA programs at BAT Bilbao.

During the session, we introduced our mission of combining Artificial Intelligence with physics-based simulations to address highly complex engineering challenges across multiple industries.

We explored the growing role of Deep Tech in modern innovation, discussed the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, and shared how AI-powered computational methods can accelerate advanced engineering processes while maintaining physical accuracy.

It was a pleasure to exchange ideas with such an international and forward-thinking group of future business leaders and professionals.

Thank you to all participants and organizers for the valuable discussions and inspiring visit.
