Connecting academia and industry is key to developing the talent that will shape the future of mobility. 🎓

This week, we welcomed a delegation from the CzechUniversities.com - Study in the Czech Republic, led by its Rector, to our facilities in Burgos, in a visit organized together with the University of Burgos as part of the European RUN-EU alliance.

The meeting was an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the transformation of the automotive industry and, above all, on the skills and experiences future professionals will need to succeed in a global, technology-driven environment.

Talent development, employability, international opportunities for students and graduates, and research collaboration were at the heart of the conversation.

For Antolin, building strong relationships with universities in the regions where we operate is key to developing future talent, fostering innovation and strengthening local ecosystems.

Innovation from China, with global impact. 🌍
At Antolin, we are taking another step forward in our transformation as a global technology provider with the inauguration of our new Global R&D&I Center in Kunshan, China, a strategic hub from which we will drive the solutions that will shape the future of vehicle interiors.

The center has a clear porpuse: to connect China’s talent and innovation capabilities with the needs of our customers around the world, accelerating the development of new technologies and their transformation into real industrial solutions.

🔹 Smart surfaces, dynamic lighting, integrated electronics, new user experiences and sustainable materials will be some of the key areas of development, bringing together research, engineering, design and validation to bring innovation to market faster.

The inauguration brought together Emma Antolin , Executive Chair of Antolin, government representatives from Jiangsu, Suzhou and Kunshan, as well as customers and technology partners.

As Emma Antolin highlighted during the event, the ambition is for this center to become a bridge between innovation developed in China and global opportunities for our customers.

Because the future of mobility is not only about developing new technologies, but also about our ability to turn them into real solutions and experiences for people.

One year ago, a memorable day became part of our history. 💙

On October 20, 2025, we had the honour of welcoming His Majesty King Felipe VI to our headquarters in Burgos, as part of Antolin's 75th anniversary celebrations.

A special occasion that brought together our history, our commitment to innovation and, above all, the people who have made our journey possible.

Today, we look back on that milestone through some previously unseen moments from the visit, remembering a day that reflected who we are and what continues to drive us forward.

From Mexico to Spain: a new stage for young talent at Antolin. 🌍

The participants in our GRID – Graduate Rotation in International Development program, developed in collaboration with Tecnológico de Monterrey, are continuing their international journey in Spain.

Their experience began in Mexico, connected to our Silao plant, where they had the opportunity to work alongside our teams on real business challenges related to productivity improvement, warehouse optimization, and the design and simulation of a robotic roof production line.

Now, a new stage begins.

After arriving in Spain, they will gain a broader understanding of our business, culture and global operations, while continuing to develop their capabilities through assignments in strategic areas such as Supply Chain, Industry 4.0 and Operational Excellence, supported by Antolin teams and mentors.

GRID reflects how we approach the development of young talent: combining learning, international exposure and hands-on experience in real projects that create value for the business.

An initiative that connects universities, teams and regions to help build the capabilities we will need for the future.

Burgos has a strong industrial ecosystem, internationally minded companies and the ambition to keep creating new opportunities for growth.

A few days ago, Ernesto Antolin took part in , joining the round table “Competing from Burgos: industry, SMEs and value chains” alongside representatives of the organizations behind POLO positivo.

The discussion focused on some of the key challenges shaping the future of industry: attracting and developing talent, technological transformation, energy competitiveness, adaptability and the need to keep growing in an increasingly global environment.

🌍 Antolin’s journey shows that it is possible to build a global industrial company from Burgos. Since our early days, internationalization has been a key driver of growth, helping us stay close to our customers, expand into new markets and create new opportunities while maintaining a strong connection to the place where our story began.

🤖 Artificial intelligence is already transforming industry. But its true potential goes far beyond technology.

Our IT Operations Director, Katy Garcia, took part in the 4th Women & Industry Conference, organized by POLO positivo and Burgos City Council, where she joined the round table “Industrial Strategy in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.”

The session was an opportunity to share Antolin’s perspective on how AI is moving from experimentation to applications capable of delivering real impact across operations.

At Antolin, we are already seeing this potential in areas such as the analysis and diagnosis of incidents in production environments, where AI can help us reduce response times, support decision-making and make knowledge more accessible across teams.

But transformation does not depend solely on having the right technology. It requires reliable data, robust processes and, above all, people prepared to work in new ways.

As Katy highlighted during the event, rather than training people for one specific role, the challenge is to help them develop the capabilities needed to navigate a constantly evolving future: analytical thinking, curiosity, continuous learning, and the ability to work with data and AI.

Because the industry of the future will not only be more digital. It will be the one capable of combining technology, knowledge and talent to keep moving forward. 🚀

🏆 Our Chief Human Resources Officer, Javier Esteban López de Quintana, has been recognized as the 2026 EU CHRO of the Year by The Millennium Alliance, during the Transformational CHRO Assembly Europe held in Amsterdam.

This recognition highlights his leadership and, at the same time, the work of all the teams driving Antolin’s transformation through people.

At a time of profound change for our company and for the industry as a whole, having leadership that places talent, culture, and people development at the center is key to continuing to move forward and building the future of Antolin.

DVN particularly highlighted Monica's clear and direct perspective on the business.
