Opening our doors to the next generation is also part of how we understand innovation.

This week, we welcomed third-year primary school students from Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Providencia in Palencia to our showroom in Burgos as part of the Exploradores STEM CyL program, an initiative that brings science, technology, engineering and mathematics closer to young students through real experiences connected to companies in the region.

During the visit, they explored how technology, advanced materials and sustainability are transforming vehicle interiors. They also discovered some of the solutions we are developing at Antolin to create new mobility experiences, including our Simplicity vehicle, and learned about the importance of material recirculation in building a more sustainable automotive industry.

Inspiring curiosity from an early age is key to helping young people imagine the industry of tomorrow.

The new XPeng GX, its most advanced vehicle to date, has been unveiled, setting a new benchmark in the full-size luxury segment.

“The gap will not be in digitalization, but in leadership, ex*****on and cultural transformation.”

With this reflection, Javier Esteban López de Quintana, CHRO at Antolin, highlighted one of the main challenges organizations are currently facing in a context of technological acceleration and artificial intelligence at , organized by Equipos y Talento.

From this perspective, he shared how at Antolin we are working to digitalize processes together with IT, better connect the employee lifecycle with the company, and support each person from onboarding through to their development within the organization.

He also emphasized the value of creating dedicated spaces to analyze digitalization and AI projects, understanding where technology can truly help simplify tasks, optimize processes, and enable teams to dedicate more time to higher value-added activities. 🚀

The 2nd Global Health & Safety Week has consolidated the journey started in 2025, reinforcing a shared belief across Antolin: Health & Safety are a strategic pillar and a core value in our Company.

Held from April 27 to 30 under the motto “Boosting Health & Safety, together”, this edition confirmed the continued evolution of our preventive culture through engagement, learning and continuous improvement across all regions. 🌍

More than 350 activities were carried out worldwide, combining hands-on practice, awareness and reflection around safe operations, preventive behaviors, physical and mental well-being, and healthy habits. The high level of participation reflects the strong commitment of our teams to building safer and healthier workplaces together.

During the week, three Antolin plants were also recognized for their excellent management, outstanding performance and significant Health & Safety transformation during 2025:

Antolin closed the first quarter of 2026 with continued progress in profitability and commercial performance, despite a market environment still marked by geopolitical uncertainty and lower global vehicle production.

Net profit reached €72.5 million in the quarter, mainly supported by the divestment of three subsidiaries in India as part of the company’s Transformation Plan and its strategy to strengthen financial flexibility and adapt its industrial footprint.

Order intake continues the positive trend seen throughout 2025, with new contracts awarded by global OEMs, a broader customer portfolio, and an improved profitability profile across the order book.

At the same time, Technology Solutions maintained strong momentum during the quarter, increasing comparable revenue by 15.4%, supported by higher volumes and the recovery in profitability following the restructuring measures implemented in 2025.

Against a demanding market backdrop, Antolin remains focused on operational efficiency, disciplined ex*****on, and long-term value creation while continuing to advance its Transformation Plan.

The automotive industry will change more in the next ten years than it has in the previous fifty.

Antolin closed 2025 with solid order intake and improved profitability in a particularly demanding market environment.

Order intake reached €4.7 billion, up 81% compared to 2024, reflecting the confidence of leading OEMs in the company’s value proposition.

At the same time, operating profitability improved, with an EBITDA margin of 8.0% and a run-rate EBITDA margin of 9.0%, supported by the ex*****on of the Transformation Plan.

These results were achieved in a complex industry context, marked by weak growth in global light vehicle production, tariff uncertainty, and divergent dynamics across key markets.

In this environment, Antolin remains focused on efficiency, portfolio optimization, and long-term value creation.

In addition, the company strengthened its financial position and liquidity, including the divestment of its operations in India for €159 million, in line with its Transformation Plan.
