Results of our collaboration with UNICEF in Guinea-Bissau
At Antolin, we collaborate with UNICEF Spain through Empresas por el Cambio, an alliance through which we contribute to initiatives aimed at improving opportunities for the most vulnerable children. 🤝

The programme takes a comprehensive approach to advancing the right to education: expanding learning opportunities, strengthening educator training, and helping schools provide safer spaces and better access to water, sanitation and hygiene. 💧

In 2025, our contribution, together with that of other UNICEF Spain partners, supported UNICEF’s education programme in Guinea-Bissau, directly benefiting more than 20,000 children. Of these, 12,500 participated in a pilot programme to improve the preschool curriculum, while thousands gained access to community-based centres and new opportunities to enter or return to the education system. More than half of the beneficiaries were girls.

The images accompanying this post also reflect the importance of providing suitable school environments where children can learn and develop in better conditions.

At Antolin, contributing to the progress of the communities where we operate is part of how we understand sustainability. Through Empresas por el Cambio, we continue to work alongside UNICEF to support initiatives that build lasting capabilities and create long-term impact. 🌍

Antolin and the Universidad de Salamanca have signed a collaboration agreement to promote practical training and international mobility opportunities for Chinese students enrolled at the University.

The agreement, signed in Burgos by Antolin Chairwoman Emma Antolin and University of Salamanca Rector Juan Manuel Corchado Rodríguez, will enable selected students to undertake internships across Antolin's different facilities, services and operations over the next four years.

This partnership will provide talented students with strong academic, linguistic and international profiles the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment, develop key professional skills and contribute to projects connected to China, one of Antolin's strategic markets.

Through this agreement, we reaffirm our commitment to developing talent, fostering diversity and strengthening collaboration between academia and industry as key drivers of innovation, employability and sustainable growth.

"China is already here. The question is how to compete, collaborate and grow in the new automotive landscape"

This was one of the key ideas shared by Jorge Juárez, Corporate Innovation Director at Antolin, during his participation in the Annual Automotive and Mobility Meeting of Castilla y León, organized by FaCyL.

In a context shaped by new markets, new players and new rules of competition, Jorge shared Antolin’s perspective after more than 20 years of presence in China, a market that has evolved from being a production hub to becoming one of the main drivers of transformation in the automotive industry.

His presentation focused on three key factors behind China’s rise in the sector: long-term strategic vision, technological leadership and a remarkable speed of ex*****on.

For European suppliers, the challenge is not only to protect themselves, but to become more competitive. Accelerating processes, offering systems rather than individual components, anticipating OEM needs and combining Chinese speed with European standards, talent and industrial capabilities will be essential to keep growing.

At Antolin, we believe that the transformation of the industry requires understanding this new scenario with realism, but also with ambition. Because the future will not depend only on resisting change, but on knowing how to build new opportunities within it.

Thank you to FaCyL for creating spaces for reflection and dialogue around the major challenges facing the automotive industry from Castilla y León.

Opening our doors to the next generation is also part of how we understand innovation.

This week, we welcomed third-year primary school students from Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Providencia in Palencia to our showroom in Burgos as part of the Exploradores STEM CyL program, an initiative that brings science, technology, engineering and mathematics closer to young students through real experiences connected to companies in the region.

During the visit, they explored how technology, advanced materials and sustainability are transforming vehicle interiors. They also discovered some of the solutions we are developing at Antolin to create new mobility experiences, including our Simplicity vehicle, and learned about the importance of material recirculation in building a more sustainable automotive industry.

Inspiring curiosity from an early age is key to helping young people imagine the industry of tomorrow.

Thank you to the students, teachers and organizations that made this visit possible, and to the Antolin team who shared their time, knowledge and passion for innovation.
