CuellarStone’s Research and Development and Innovation Department is developing a system for cornice anchorage, water-based surface treatments for each stone used in the projects which do not yellow in the course of time. In addition, specific techniques have been developed for the making of modular baths in appealing designs.

CX-1, designed by TODOMUTA STUDIO, explores the relationship between structural clarity and material weight.

The piece combines natural stone with aluminium and steel, creating a balanced system where each material contributes to the stability and visual tension of the object.

Developed in collaboration with CUELLARSTONE, the project investigates how stone can move beyond surface to become part of the constructive logic of contemporary collectible design.

La pieza combina piedra natural con aluminio y acero, generando un sistema equilibrado donde cada material participa en la estabilidad y la tensión visual del objeto.

Desarrollada junto a CUELLARSTONE, la pieza investiga cómo la piedra puede ir más allá de la superficie y formar parte de la lógica constructiva del diseño contemporáneo de colección.

MRB by TODOMUTA STUDIO explores the structural potential of Nero Marquina marble.

Rather than acting as a surface, the stone becomes part of a hybrid structural system in dialogue with aluminium and steel.

Developed together with CUELLARSTONE, the piece investigates how natural stone can operate as a precise structural component within collectible design.

A balance of mass, tension and material intelligence.

From 4–8 March, at FORMA – Matadero Madrid, TODOMUTA STUDIO presents a selection of collectible design pieces exploring the relationship between structure and matter.

Three of them — MRB, CX-1 and ST-Espejo — were developed in collaboration with CUELLARSTONE, integrating marble as an active structural element in dialogue with aluminium, steel and glass.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆.

A timeless symbol of San Sebastián, the Victoria Eugenia Theatre has been restored to its original splendour through an extraordinary intervention in .

CuellarStone was entrusted with the full transformation of the historical elements — transporting every original plaster piece to our workshop to recreate it faithfully in pure Carrara marble.

Balustrades, stair steps, handrails, mouldings, columns and fireplaces were carved with meticulous accuracy, preserving proportions, textures and the expressive character of the originals.

A restoration where stone becomes memory, craftsmanship becomes preservation, and architecture becomes cultural devotion.

Símbolo eterno de Donostia, el Teatro Victoria Eugenia ha recuperado su esplendor gracias a una intervención extraordinaria en .
CuellarStone fue la empresa encargada de transformar todos los elementos originales, trasladando cada pieza de yeso a nuestro taller para reproducirla fielmente en blanco de Carrara.

Balaustradas, peldaños, pasamanos, cornisas, columnas y chimeneas fueron esculpidos con absoluta precisión, respetando las proporciones, las texturas y el carácter expresivo de las piezas originales.

Una restauración donde la piedra se convierte en memoria, la artesanía en preservación y la arquitectura en devoción cultural.
