GRUPO GEISPEN is composed of four companies, dedicated to manufacturing die cast injection aluminium parts and thermoplastic injection. We have our own workshop to create moulds and tools, as well as a special plant for machining and subsequent assembly of subsets. We have over fifty years of experience in outsourcing, with required technical and human resources necessary to carry out the projects
we are entrusted with, ranging from the initial design of a part to the assembly and final testing of functional units with a high added value. Eighty percent of our products are exported to plants located throughout the world supplying our customers, many of them leading companies in their sectors. INDUSTRIAS R. JIMÉNEZ S.A., was founded in Valencia back in 1963 by D. Rafael Jiménez Gómez, who started out as a constructor of injection moulds for light alloys and thermoplastics.
1968 - Start of smelting by acquiring a hot chamber machine for injection of zamak.
1975 - Acquisition of the first high pressure aluminium die casting machine with a clamping force of 80t.
1991 - Start of precision machining manufacture by purchasing the first CNC machine.
1997 - Obtainment of a quality certificate according to the ISO 9001 standard for Injection and Machining activities.
2001 - Javier Jiménez takes on the management of the Company.
2006 - GRUPO GEISPEN is formed keeping INDUSTRIAS R. JIMÉNEZ S.A. and MATRICERIA GEISPEN, S.L. integrated within it.
2007 - CEE GEISPEN, S.L. is created by merging two companies; one dedicated to plastic injection and the other one to component assembly.
2011 - GEISPEN DIE CASTING SUZHOU, CO., LTD is founded to meet the needs of our clients in Asia.
2019 - All our facilities will be moved to a larger plant near the current one. These facilities have been acquired recently and will allow us to increase capacities and sizes of injection machines reaching 1,500t of clamping force.
