This last week has been super busy as we head into the Christmas period and try to finish off as many projects as possible ready for the new year! As next year is going to be a bumper year with so many projects already lined up.

This is one of the jobs some of the team have been working on now for a few months, creating the underbuild of a house into a lounge, bedroom, office, utility and bathroom all with high quality materials - a very tricky project with lots of well thought out design teqniques used to enable accesss from the room above directly into the basement, plus the entire basement tanked using specialised materials to prevent water ingress and good ventilation installed to ensure it doesn’t smell of damp.

Anyway this week they have been constructing a bedroom with sliding pocket door, glazed panel and integrated wardrobes (accessible from both sides).

So from a simple bathroom refurbishment to an entire new build and from Alicante to Gibraltar we have you covered!

Urgently looking for 2 x Full Time Construction workers for immediate start.
40 per week contract provided plus overtime as necessary.
You must have experience in the construction industry and have a trade i.e. Carpenter, Plasterer, Electrician, Bricklayer (NO Labourers to apply).
Full driving license prefered.
Must be legal to work in Spain.
Working from our Head Office in Puerto de Mazarron and covering the Costa Calida & Costa Blanca.

As always we are working on a number of jobs simultaneously and one of recent projects (I think we will be here for a couple of months as the clients keeps adding to the work 🙂 )

But we have built an outdoor pergola, designing & installing a new fully automated electric steel security gate (all done in house),
CCTV system throughout Property and grounds, machine flattening of 3000m2 of land to allow us to create a solar panel car port and also all fenced in with approximately 200m of security fencing.

We don’t just do buildings, we do everything- with over 35 years in the construction industry, there’s nothing we can’t do.

With offices in Puerto de Mazarron and Marbella we cover upto an are of 1.5hours of each of these areas.
