🎓 A new at IDEKO!

🌟 This week, our colleague Maria Garcia successfully defended her doctoral thesis: “A Kinematic Approach to Predicting Lead Formation in Plunge Grinding when Dressing with Rotary CVD Dressers.” Her research develops advanced kinematic models to predict and control lead pattern formation during , a crucial step toward improving surface quality and ensuring stable, reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.
