Our Site (Spain) is celebrating its fifth anniversary, a track record full of challenges and achievements, which José Miguel Morales Morcillo, Site Manager, summarizes in one word: enthusiasm.

Since its beginnings in 2017, CT has been strengthening its position in this region, diversifying services and expanding its client portfolio. With over 120 engineers at this site, CT is now a trusted partner for medium and large companies such as Navantia, Repsol and Sabic, among many others, collaborating in national and international projects.

Currently, the Cartagena Site is following the company's 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, which promotes projects, development, and as vectors of change", Vicente Egea, general manager of CT, explains.

Professional growth and employee wellbeing are also two fundamental pillars that CT is reinforcing in Cartagena, especially in the context of the pandemic. Under José Miguel's leadership, the team will join a multidisciplinary program focused on continuous health improvement.

Esta semana The CT Engineering Group, junto con su cliente General Dynamics Land Systems, ha tenido la oportunidad de presentar al Ejército de Tierra las aplicaciones de y desarroladas conjuntamente para el vehículo de combate de zapadores y para el futuro vehículo de combate sobre ruedas 8X8 Dragon.

La demostración, acogida en las instalaciones del Acuartelamiento de la Escuela Politécnica del Ejército, ha contado con una amplia audiencia en representación del y de las . Durante la misma, ha quedado patente la importancia y utilidad de estas aplicaciones en tareas de y/o .

Las aplicaciones permiten explorar con gran detalle tanto el interior (incluidos varios sistemas como por ejemplo el hidráulico y de combustible) como el exterior del vehículo, analizar los implementos con los que está equipado y sus usos, así como disponer de modelos 3D y una maqueta digital de la plataforma.

La gran ventaja de estas aplicaciones es que son extrapolables a todo tipo de sistemas complejos, lo que supondrá un avance en la exploración y mantenimiento de este tipo de vehículos.

We welcome on board Frank Wolff, appointed the new CT Hamburg Site Manager.

Frank is a very versatile professional with a vast varied experience. As a kid, his dream was to become a pilot. “My training as a helicopter pilot in the army was accompanied by a degree in general engineering. But at the age of 23 I ended my aviation career and switched to sales”. After that, he switched to the engineering services field. “And here I discovered my true calling: The combination of finding technical solutions for my customers in unity with leading employees and teams. As a branch manager and most recently as a division manager at Brunel International (Amsterdam), I learned how important the right mindset and constant motivation of employees are for sustainable success and business growth”.

Frank has felt attracted by CT’s potential. “The extraordinary strength of CT is the combination of regionality with the incredible variety of technical skills of the more than 1800 technicians and engineers available worldwide. This is a very strong USP compared to most other service providers on the market.

In my new position, I aim at putting all my engineering experience in the entire area of Germany to successfully strengthen the presence and positioning of CT locally.

CT strengthens its commitment with the energy transition towards the decarbonization of the industry by joining the Green Hydrogen Sector Association of the Region of Murcia (AHMUR), founded last November.

Yesterday, as a member, CT signed along with representatives of leading companies in their sector, as well as several public and private organizations, the Protocol of the Development of this initiative that highlights the potential of Murcia to become itself a Hub of green hydrogen at European level.

José Miguel Morales Morcillo, manager of CT Cartagena Site, participated at the event on behalf of CT. "I am pleased to participate in the signing of the Protocol for the deployment of the "Green Hydrogen Strategy" for the Region of Murcia. This Protocol bringing together public and private companies in this area, represents our commitment with defining a growth strategy to help build a modern, efficient and sustainable economy.

The event has been also attended by Fernando López Miras, President of the Region of Murcia, as well as other Councilors and representatives of the Regional Government.

CT da un paso más en su contribución al desarrollo de las tecnologías del H2 a través de su adhesión al Clúster del Hidrógeno Verde de Castilla la Mancha, constituido el pasado mes de diciembre, con sede en el Centro Nacional del Hidrógeno de Puertollano (Ciudad Real).

La empresa, que ya está colaborando en la Ingeniería de Apoyo al diseño de la futura planta de hidrógeno verde de Iberdrola en Puertollano, es uno de los primeros miembros que conforman el clúster con el objetivo de construir la llamada Economía del Hidrógeno.
