𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿.
Today we held our Annual Shareholders' Meeting, at which all items on the agenda were approved, including the 2025 financial statements, the endorsement of a tender offer for Energy Solar Tech, and the capital increase associated with the transaction.
This transaction represents a strategic step towards building a more integrated energy platform, strengthening recurring cash generation capacity and reinforcing Greening’s position to play a leading role in the transformation of the energy sector.
The General Meeting marks the beginning of a new phase for Greening, driven by our 2026-2030 Strategic Plan, with the ambition of building a stronger, more profitable and customer-focused company.
We continue moving forward towards the New Greening.

Hoy hemos celebrado nuestra Junta General de Accionistas, en la que se han aprobado todos los puntos del orden del día, incluyendo las cuentas de 2025, el respaldo a la presentación de una OPA sobre Energy Solar Tech y la ampliación de capital asociada a la operación.
Esta operación representa un paso estratégico para seguir construyendo una plataforma energética integrada, con mayor capacidad de generación recurrente de caja y una posición reforzada para liderar la transformación del sector.
La Junta marca el inicio de una nueva fase para Greening, impulsada por nuestro Plan Estratégico 2026-2030, con el objetivo de crear una compañía más sólida, rentable y orientada al cliente.
Seguimos avanzando hacia una nueva Greening.
