Choosing to manufacture in Europe isn't only a business decision — it's a responsibility we take seriously. Producing locally means immediate proximity to our customers, while sourcing from Asia typically involves lead times of 90 days or more, plus growing geopolitical risks around key shipping routes like the Suez Canal. In our thermoformed cup lamination, we use an A-B-A system: virgin material on the outer layers and recovered recycled material on the inner layer, while any process scrap is reintroduced back into production.
In injection molding, scrap is kept to a minimum, and some products — like our mixing sticks — are made directly from recycled material.
Our packaging is also designed with sustainability in mind, combining recycled cardboard with material from controlled forestry.
On top of that, our facility runs partly on solar energy, and we maintain strict occupational safety standards, including PPE, CE-certified machinery, and physical safety barriers, all supervised by an external auditor.

Today marks a meaningful milestone for everyone at Bossauto. As part of our "Paint a Future Without Duchenne" initiative, we proudly donated €15,570 to the Sant Joan de Déu Children's Hospital in Barcelona to support research into Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
