The Idea behind the DMF concept is offering a simple and profitable solution for processing (cutting and bending) the bars steel for reinforcing. we have focused on machinery for cutting and bending the steel bar because we think the solutions available in the market now are too expensive and complex, and, indeed, inaccessible for the most of rebar factories. The concept is simple; from a known an
d tested machine, the Combined Vertical Machine, the CDR (Vertical Combined Machine for Cutting and Bending) with its complement for storing and feeding to the machine itself (Storing System GRZ), we added the device METROTAB, for pulling and measuring the bars to be cut and bent. All coordinated by a powerful PLC. It results in a completed working line, with the capability to produce a high level of output completely processed in an small space, with no material transference, with just one operator that must not make any effort. And everything in a simple, powerful and reliable setup, easy for maintenance, simple to manage. We offer with METROLINE another possibility to cut and bend steel bars to required measure, minimizing effort and handling, with excellent rate investment/output.
