🌾 Stronger rice starts with smarter nutrition. In the Dominican Republic, a commercial grower routinely applies AXEB NPK 17-10-16 Plus, distributed in the country by Fertiterra S.R.L., at 1 L/ha during two key stages: tillering and booting.

Under real farming conditions, the treated area showed greater plant size and a deeper green colour than the untreated area, revealing a clear visual difference in crop vigour and development. 🌾 AXEBALANCE: protecting barley performance under heat & drought

May 2026 put rainfed barley to the test in Estopiñán del Castillo (Huesca, Spain).

According to AEMET: +5°C above average from May 19, and only 85% of normal rainfall. Right in the middle of grain filling — the crop's most critical stage.

📊 The trial results:

🔹 +44% yield
3,229 kg/ha vs. 2,152 kg/ha (control)

🔹 +43% biomass production

🔹 Better grain quality
Hectolitre weight: 55.2 → 64.6 kg/hl

🔹 Stable harvest index (0.45 vs. 0.47)
→ The gain didn't come from redistribution — it came from the crop generating more biomass under stress.

💧 A single foliar application of 2 L/ha (AXEBALANCE) was enough to help the crop hold on through the toughest stretch of the season.
