At Madrid's Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, designer Penadés Serrano created Alhacena, a welcoming space where visitors can pause, read, reflect or simply rest between exhibitions. The 29-metre installation transforms an underused area into a place for conversation, learning and connection, inviting people to spend more time engaging with the museum.

Garnica is proud to have contributed Elegance White Oak plywood to this project, helping create a warm, durable environment that enhances the visitor experience. Alhacena demonstrates how thoughtful material choices can support both sustainability and exceptional design.

When space is limited, every design decision has to work harder. Urban House Installation by MYCC reimagines compact living through a layered, multifunctional interior that transforms a small footprint into a dynamic space for living, working, and relaxing. By playing with height, light, and visual connection, the project shows how even the smallest interiors can feel flexible.
