Client is coming out next week for a short holiday and wanted everything freshened up before arriving.

All walls and ceilings were finished in exterior white matt, balustrades/window sills were coated in acrylic white and the grills had 2 coats of black satin applied.

I had a call from a previous client asking to respray their kitchen which I done 4/5 years ago. They wanted to brighten up the kitchen more and go fully white with all the doors and changed the shade of grey.

After fully stripping the doors back, prime and top coating they look brand new. I removed the laminate from the pelmet and cornices which will now make those last a lot longer.

My client on Entre Naranjos wanted me to finish what he had already started. He had time to paint the staircase and prep the metal railings before his holiday was finished.

The top half/tower was all completed in White Matt & Yellow. Also the balcony grill and staircase grill was finished In Black Satin & Gold Satin.

Part 1

Clients trusted me to redecorate their property before they arrived for a 5 week holiday. The colour chosen was Crema (cream) to lose the soft yellow affect on walls.

All the walls and ceilings were completed throughout. The grid ceilings in the bathroom and kitchen had to be sprayed with the airless machine to get full coverage.
