I know there are a lot of people out there who think buying a bike from your local bike shop gives you reliable service and warranty. It didn't quite go like that in this case. This $5K frame combo was supplied by Cliff Pratt Cycles in Hull. They didn't seem to give two hoots.

I didn't see that one coming for Pogacar.

That crash didn't look huge but I guess the people riding into him would probably have done the damage. I think broken collar bone is confirmed but some media outlets were saying he had broken his neck.

More garbage from premium triathlon company tririg. For the record, i gave them the opportunity to respond before i published this.. after i presented them with the evidence they ghosted me.

Producing junk is one thing, not being bothered to respond to legitimate concerns is another.

Hence, i will leave the commentators to rift these cowboys and to a new one

Steel is real.

Well, this one's aluminium, so it's not far off.

A viewer sent me these photos of his Canyon bottom bracket shell. The first thing that jumps out is the eccentricity. The bearing bores don't even appear to share the same centreline.

I think this is another case of being machined before welding and then a lack of stress relief afterwards. Those MTB muppets who worship BTR fabrications will probably be along shortly to justify this crap reaming, if there is any.

Anyone had any similar issues?
