The problem was simple — the homeowner had a Daikin mini chiller feeding underfloor heating throughout the villa, but zero room-by-room control. Guest bedrooms heated overnight when nobody was in them. The chiller ran at full capacity regardless of demand. No app, no scheduling, no way to turn off individual rooms.

Airzone Flexa 4.0 hydronic zoning system — 4 independent temperature zones
Blueface touchscreen thermostat in the living room, Think thermostats in the bedrooms
