New Challenge Accepted!

The client’s designer has just shared a new concept for the project. The client loved the idea immediately and wanted to bring it to life.

It’s a great design — ambitious, detailed, and visually impressive. The question was: can we pull it off?

Our answer: yes, we can.

After reviewing everything and having a detailed discussion with the client, including budget considerations, we were able to reach an agreement that works for both sides. With some adjustments and clear planning, the project is now moving forward.

From Dated to Timeless Luxury ✨

Our clients loved the size and layout of this bathroom, but it no longer matched the style of their home. They wanted to transform an outdated space into a modern, luxury bathroom with a clean, hotel-inspired feel.

To achieve this, we completely reimagined the room:
• Removed the old bathtub and created a spacious walk-in shower with a frameless glass screen.
• Installed large-format marble-effect porcelain tiles for a seamless, elegant finish.
• Added a bespoke floating vanity with double vessel basins and sleek matte black fixtures.
• Upgraded to concealed wall-mounted taps and a minimalist shower system.
• Fitted a large contemporary mirror .
• Finished the space with clean lines, premium materials, and timeless black accents.

The result is a bathroom that feels brighter, more spacious, and effortlessly luxurious—designed to be enjoyed every single day.

Ceiling Progress Update!

The ceiling is really coming together nicely now.

The plasterboards are almost fully installed, and the structure is starting to take its final shape. Step by step, the space is transforming and the finish is becoming much more visible.

Next stage will be plastering, which will give the ceiling its smooth, clean surface ready for the final decorative finishes.

Great progress from the team so far — everything is moving forward as planned. ✨

Basement Bathroom Renovation

The existing basement bathroom was too small and impractical for the client's needs. To create a more comfortable and functional space, we reconfigured the layout by extending the bathroom into the adjoining living area. This allowed us to install a much larger walk-in shower while improving the overall flow of the room.

One of the biggest issues with the original layout was the narrow gap between the vanity and the shower, which made using the toilet uncomfortable. By increasing the width of the bathroom, we created a more spacious feel with better circulation and everyday usability.

The finished design features a modern, minimalist aesthetic with a floating vanity, concealed build in toilet, premium large-format tiles, and brushed brass fixtures, transforming a cramped basement bathroom into a bright, luxurious, and highly functional space.

Project Update – Ceiling Metal Frames Installed!

The metal ceiling framing has now been installed, marking another important milestone in this apartment renovation.

The team has been working hard to bring this vision to life, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and quality. Step by step, the space is starting to take shape and the transformation is becoming more visible.

Next up will be the installation of plasterboard, which will further define the new ceiling structure and bring us closer to the final finish.

Our focus now is the ceiling. The existing ceiling has been removed to make way for a brand-new, improved system that will better suit the modern design vision for this property.

Using a high-quality metal framing system, we will construct a new ceiling that provides greater durability, a cleaner finish, and the perfect foundation for the lighting and design features planned throughout the apartment.

Every stage of this renovation is being carefully planned and executed to ensure the final result is both stylish and built to last.

From a standard new-build to a luxury designer home.

Our clients had just purchased this brand-new apartment. It was technically move-in ready, but it lacked personality, warmth, and the premium feel they had envisioned. They wanted a home that looked and felt truly luxurious, so they brought in an interior designer to reimagine the space—and entrusted us to bring that vision to life.

To elevate the apartment, we carried out a complete interior upgrade, including:

• Redesigned the kitchen by adding a stunning waterfall breakfast bar, transforming it into the focal point of the space.
• Installed a marble-effect splashback and warm under-cabinet LED lighting.
• Upgraded the kitchen with modern black fixtures and premium finishes.
• Created a sophisticated dining area with carefully selected furniture.
• Completed all electrical works .
• Finished the space with a clean, contemporary colour palette that enhances natural light while adding warmth and elegance.

🏗️ Exciting New Project Underway! 🏗️

Our client recently purchased a beautiful new-build 3-bedroom apartment. While the property was already stunning and completely move-in ready, the client had a vision to take it to the next level and create a truly modern, bespoke living space.

After discussing the project, we were delighted to come on board and help bring that vision to life.

The first phase is now underway, with the demolition of all existing floor tiles throughout the apartment. From there, we’ll move on to transforming the ceilings, walls, and every detail needed to achieve the client’s desired look and finish.

This is a major renovation project that will be completed from the ground up, and we’re excited to share the journey with you.
