¡Cerramos con éxito el proyecto Flexchess Horizon EU participando en la XXIV Power Systems Computation Conference, celebrada en Limassol (Chipre)! 🚀
Mediante un stand presencial y una sesión online se presentaron los resultados de tres años y medio de desarrollo en sistemas de almacenamiento de energía híbridos, flexibles e interoperables, así como las soluciones integradas en la plataforma FlexCHESS.
Desde Voltiva Energy, estamos muy orgullosos de haber liderado el piloto español en Bullas junto a La Solar Energía. En este piloto, en el que han participado 15 viviendas, 3 locales comerciales y un edificio municipal, se han logrado grandes resultados:
✅ 42.621 activaciones de servicios de flexibilidad (el 76% del total de las activaciones de todos los pilotos).
✅ Disminución del consumo pico de un 25-30% durante las pruebas.
✅ Aumento del ratio de autoconsumo por encima del 70%, con una reducción de las importaciones a la red del 30%, y un ratio de autosuficiencia del 30%.
FlexCHESS ha demostrado ser la solución clave para optimizar activos como fotovoltaica, baterías y equipos de climatización. ¡Gracias a todos los socios y participantes por hacerlo posible!

We successfully concluded the Flexchess Horizon EU project by participating in the 24th Power Systems Computation Conference, held in Limassol (Cyprus)! 🚀
Through an on-site booth and an online session, we presented the results of three and a half years of development in hybrid, flexible, and interoperable energy storage systems, as well as the solutions integrated into the FlexCHESS platform.
At Voltiva Energy, we are very proud to have led the Spanish pilot in Bullas together with La Solar Energía. In this pilot, which involved 15 homes, 3 commercial premises, and a municipal building, great results were achieved:
✅ 42,621 activations of flexibility services (76% of the total activations across all pilots).
✅ A 25-30% reduction in peak consumption during the tests.
✅ An increase in the self-consumption ratio to over 70%, with a 30% reduction in grid imports and a 30% self-sufficiency ratio.
FlexCHESS has proven to be the key solution for optimizing assets such as photovoltaics, batteries, and HVAC equipment. Thank you to all the partners and participants for making it possible!
