For a recent stern tube manufacture and installation, we designed and machined this custom alignment tool for internal use. Developed specifically to support the size and weight of the stern tube, it enables accurate positioning, secure support during installation, and controlled alignment throughout the welding process.

Custom tooling allows us to engineer the installation process as carefully as the component itself.
