¿Cómo acercar la formación académica a los retos reales de la industria?

En Lotu creemos que la mejor manera es convirtiendo el aprendizaje en experiencia real.

Por eso, participamos, un año más, en el International CITI Program, una iniciativa impulsada por CITI Navarra y la UPNA. En esta edición, seis estudiantes de Ingeniería de la Universidad de Auburn (Alabama, EEUU) y una estudiante de la UPNA trabajarán en nuestra planta desarrollando un proyecto de mejora de procesos basado en metodologías de Ingeniería Industrial y Lean Manufacturing.

How can academic education be brought closer to the real challenges of industry?

At Lotu, we believe the best way to bridge the gap between education and industry is by turning learning into real-world experience.

That is why, once again, we are taking part in the International CITI Program, an initiative promoted by CITI Navarra and UPNA. As part of the programme, six engineering students from Auburn (Alabama, USA) and one student from UPNA will work at our facilities on a process improvement project based on Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
