PTJOSA in partnership with Oriol&Fontanel gathered their know-how to create an innovated process Bi-injection Surlyn Textile Technology.
It's a new system suitable for a production in one molde, specially developed by R&D ptjosa's team. This system allows to automatize the integration of all types of decorative elements like textile ornaments created by Oriol&Fontanel. Bst Technology brings, a perfectly transparent design look, and reduces production cycles the same time. The new system also allows direct injection of the clippings, in Surlyn, with minimal tolerance, especially on larges pieces, never achieved up to now.
