Our Ventós Global Week continues!

Throughout the week, we have held a series of meetings covering topics such as business reviews of our international subsidiaries, case studies, our strategic vision and key initiatives, as well as training sessions on our latest product range, “Blend the World.”

A special highlight of this edition was an inspirational keynote session on high-performance leadership delivered by former Formula 1 driver Pedro de la Rosa. Drawing on his experience at the highest level of motorsport, he shared powerful insights on leadership, motivation, resilience and teamwork, inspiring our teams to keep striving for excellence together.

The program will continue with a visit to our Esparreguera plant, where our new warehouse relocation is underway. This visit will give participants the opportunity to learn more about this exciting new step for the company.

Ventós Global Week continues to be a valuable opportunity to share knowledge, strengthen connections across our global teams, and align on our shared vision for the future.
