Back in 2007, I worked street sales for the Zoo Project. It taught me a brutal operational truth:

If I was not physically standing in front of the prospect, no transaction occurred. Revenue was limited by my physical bandwidth.

When I moved to online lead generation, I realised that many operators still run their digital business like a street stall.
