Con un estilo minimalista y una decoración sencilla, los tonos neutros tanto del diseño arquitectónico como del mobiliario se funden a la perfección con el verde natural del entorno, creando una atmósfera tranquila y serena. Este equilibrio entre funcionalidad y estética da como resultado un espacio único, un oasis privado de encanto atemporal.

An urban garden in contact with nature. This pool, small in size but sophisticated in design, makes the most of the space and the natural environment that surrounds it. It stands out for its raised platform that offers exceptional versatility, adapting to various outdoor activities and needs.
With a minimalist style and simple decoration, the neutral tones of both the architectural design and the furniture blend perfectly with the natural greenery of the surroundings, creating a calm and serene atmosphere. Para optimizar esta innovadora piscina, elegimos un composite de alta calidad, con fibras de madera y resinas plásticas. Su colocación sobre rastreles nos brindó ventajas clave:
- Ligereza y Resistencia: Permitiendo la construcción de una plataforma robusta sin añadir peso.
- Drenaje Eficiente: Evitando acumulaciones y mantenemos la superficie seca y segura.

To optimize this innovative pool, we chose a high-quality composite, with wood fibers and plastic resins. Its placement on rastreles provided us with key advantages:
- Lightness and Strength: Allowing the construction of a sturdy platform without adding weight.
- Efficient Drainage: Avoiding accumulations and keeping the surface dry and safe.
- Durability: The composite is highly resistant to weather and humidity.

El diseño y distribución de la cocina es fundamental para eficientizar espacio y lograr comodidad a la hora realizar una de las actividades que más se repite en la vida cotidiana, “cocinar”.

Las cocinas lineales, como es el caso de Star Kitchen, permiten un equilibrio excepcional entre diseño y eficiencia. Con esta distribución se logra el máximo aprovechamiento del espacio, ya que todo se encuentra al alcance de la mano, en una mesa de trabajo lineal que permite ahorrar tiempo y esfuerzo al realizar cualquier tarea. A su vez nos posibilita a trabajar una estética minimalista y funcional, con pocos materiales y tonos, logrando homogeneidad, elegancia y amplitud espacial.

The design and distribution of the kitchen is fundamental to make space efficient and getting comfort when performing one of the most repeated activities in daily life, "cooking".

Linear kitchens, as is the case of Star Kitchen, allow an exceptional balance between design and efficiency. With this distribution, the maximum use of space is achieved, since everything is within reach, in a linear work table that saves time and effort when doing any task. At the same time, it allows us to work with a minimalist and functional aesthetic, with few materials and tones, providing homogeneity, elegance and spatial amplitude.

Una sala de encuentros amplia y versátil, dividida en dos sectores. Por un lado, se encuentra una mesa rectangular que actúa como punto central de reunión, mientras que en el otro se dispone de un espacio organizado unidireccionalmente destinado a pequeñas conferencias o clases.
La iluminación se logra mediante la implementación de tiras de luz LED que atraviesan la sala en toda su longitud. Estas tiras ubicadas estratégicamente emiten una luz cálida y agradable, creando una atmósfera acogedora garantizando una distribución uniforme de la luz.
Esta decisión lumínica se fusiona armoniosamente con el mobiliario de líneas y tonos sobrios, creando una sensación de calidez y comodidad propicio para un ambiente de colaboración y diálogo.

A large and versatile meeting room, divided into two sectors. On one side, there is a rectangular table that acts as a central meeting point, while the other has a unidirectionally organized space for small conferences or classes.
Lighting is achieved through the implementation of LED light strips that cross the entire room. These strategically placed strips emit a warm and pleasant light, creating a cozy atmosphere by ensuring a uniform distribution of light.
This lighting decision blends harmoniously with the furniture of sober lines and tones, fostering a sense of warmth and comfort that promotes a collaborative and dialogic atmosphere.

Además, como en este baño, se pueden instalar al ras de suelo generando mayor amplitud en el espacio y mejorando la accesibilidad, ya que se eliminan por completo las barreras arquitectónicas, permitiendo un único nivel sin rebordes ni obstáculos.

Esta plataforma automatizada permite la modificación del espacio, siendo parte del diseño por su cuidada estética y esencial funcionamiento, permitiendo extender la terraza y cubrir la piscina o acceder a ella.

Technology is a fundamental part of architectural design, changing the way of thinking and designing spaces, allowing them to mutate and modify according to the needs of those who inhabit them. This automated platform allows the modification of the space, being part of the design for its careful aesthetics and essential operation, allowing to extend the terrace and cover the pool or access to it.

La estructura de un edificio muchas veces condiciona los espacios que intervenimos, principalmente cuando se realizan reformas y el diseño del espacio, e inclusive su uso, varía del original. De los elementos estructurales depende la estabilidad de la construcción, por lo que se debe mantener su estado y condición sin poder ser modificados y es el diseño el que debe adaptarse. En este Estanco se toma la viga que atraviesa el local de forma transversal como línea para dividir el espacio público del privado, generando un muro en un sector y el mostrador de atención del otro, haciendo a la estructura parte del diseño.

The structure of a building often conditions the spaces we intervene, mainly when renovations are carried out and the design of the space, and even its use, varies from the original. The stability of the construction depends on the structural elements, so it must maintain its state and condition without being able to be modified, and it is the design that must be adapted. In this Estanco, the beam that crosses the store is taken as a line to divide the public space from the private one, generating a wall in one sector and the service counter in the other, making the structure part of the design.

En la actualidad los materiales y soluciones constructivas permiten que los espacios que habitamos se adapten a las necesidades de cada usuario. En el Colegio de Logopedas de Valencia la morfología del espacio se transforma para dar mayor amplitud a una sala, una cortina de vidrio con perfilería de aluminio se cierra y abre según los requerimientos del momento, a su vez, por su linealidad, ubicación y color, es parte del diseño arquitectónico que rompe con la uniformidad del suelo de cemento fratasado pulido.

Nada como una ducha cuando empieza o cuando acaba el día, un momento placentero donde el espacio y las instalaciones impactan directamente en el resultado. Esta ducha cuenta con un rociador de techo circular, proyectando una caída de agua superior y uniforme. El plato de resina color blanco, al igual que el revestimiento de pared, crean un espacio aséptico y luminoso. Por último, la mampara, dos sutiles láminas de vidrio transparente, prácticamente sin perfilería, perpendiculares entre sí con una abertura que genera el acceso, desmaterializa visualmente los límites del receptáculo dándole amplitud.

There is nothing like a shower when the day begins or ends, a pleasant moment where space and facilities directly impact in the result. This shower features a round rain showerhead, projecting a superior and uniform waterfall. The white resin tray, as well as the wall cladding, creates an aseptic and luminous space. Finally, the fixed screen, two subtle sheets of transparent glass, practically without profiles, perpendicular to each other with an opening that generates the access, visually dematerializes the limits of the receptacle giving it amplitude.

En pisos, las cocinas suelen contar con espacios reducidos, sin embargo, con una buena distribución y elección del mobiliario se logra optimizar el espacio y sacarle el máximo provecho. En Light Home la cocina monocroma en blanco amplía visualmente el espacio, potenciada por el importante caudal de luz natural que se opaca con la utilización de un screen enrollable del mismo color. La encimera de Neolith Estatuario le da el toque con sus elegantes vetas grises y superficie pulida.

In apartments, kitchens usually have small spaces; however, with a good distribution and choice of furniture, it is possible to optimize the space and make the most of it. In Light Home the monochromatic white kitchen visually expands the space, enhanced by the important flow of natural light that is opaque with the use of a roll-up screen of the same color. The Neolith Statuary countertop gives the touch with its elegant gray veins and polished surface.

Los ángulos rectos suelen ser los elegidos en el diseño arquitectónico, ya que la ortogonalidad tiene importantes ventajas funcionales, estéticas y de ejecución. Somos fieles seguidores de los ángulos rectos en los ambientes que habitamos, sin embargo, si se concibe un proyecto desde el inicio manejando ángulos oblicuos pueden lograrse espacios super interesantes e igual de funcionales, aportando una morfología única y llamativa que cambia la perspectiva y nos complace al recorrerla.

Right angles are usually the chosen ones in architectural design, because orthogonality has important functional, aesthetic and ex*****on advantages. We are faithful followers of right angles in the spaces we inhabit, however, if a project is conceived from the beginning handling oblique angles can be achieved super interesting and equally functional spaces, providing a unique and striking morphology that changes the perspective and pleases us when we walk through it.
