Service after the sale-why it makes a difference!

After purchasing a new inverter for his existing system, one of our customers noticed that the fan on his new hybrid inverter was running at night, even with a minimal load. As his bedroom was on the other side of the wall where the inverter was mounted, he found the noise was interfering with his sleep. He contacted us, wanting to know if there was anything that could be done to fix this.

We contacted technical support for the inverter manufacturer, and upon describing the issue, we were informed that a new version of the firmware was available that would address this issue. The next day we came to the customer's house, laptop in hand, and updated the firmware, and voila, the problem was resolved at no cost!

Our customer's satisfaction, not only upon installation, but for the life of the system, is key to our business. A young couple, moving from the UK to Alcoy, wanted to bring solar energy to their new home. In cooperation with Johnny R Solar, PB Battery and Equinox supplied a 48v traction cell battery bank of 35 kWh capacity at C100, and programmed the new Axpert Max 7200w hybrid inverter to charge the batteries for maximum performance and lifespan. HUGE storage and very cost effective compared to other battery technologies. Was a pleasure to work with John-great guy and beautiful work!

A customer in Gandia wanted to expand his 15 year old 3kw 24volt system with a hybrid 5kw inverter and a 48v 650 ah traction cell battery bank. We mounted the inverter and programmed it to insure he gets the best performance and life span from the new batteries. Additional solar panels to be added this week. The old system will be used to power loads outside of his home, the new one will allow him to run multiple high draw devices in his home -if there are multiple days without sun he won't have to worry about running out of power!
