This initiative highlights the human side of digital transformation within Ethiopia’s construction sector, leveraging the transformative power of digital technology to reshape education and training.

Ultimately, DELTA aims to bridge the digital divide and foster a more equitable, inclusive socio-economic environment across the continent. However, true digital transformation extends far beyond technology alone; it requires empowering the people who use it.

በኢትዮጵያ የሥነ ጥበብ ዘርፍ የረጅም ዘመን አስተዋጽኦ ያበረከቱትን የክቡር አርቲስት ፕሮፌሰር ተስፋዬ ገሰሰን የሕይወት ታሪክ፣ የሙያ ጉዞና የጥበብ ሥራዎች የሚዳስስ መጽሐፍ ጥቅምት 7 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም. በኦቪድ ሆልዲንግስ ግቢ በሚገኘው የካቮድ ኮመርሻል ሪል እስቴት መሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ በተካሄደ ልዩ መርሃ ግብር ለሕዝብ ይፋ ሆነ።

በካናዳ ነዋሪ በሆኑት ደራሲና ጋዜጠኛ ደረጀ ትዕዛዙ የተዘጋጀው ይህ መጽሐፍ፣ የአርቲስቱን የሕይወት ታሪክና የሙያ ተሞክሮ በመዳሰስ ለኢትዮጵያ የሥነ ጥበብ ታሪክ ጥናት፣ ለባህላዊ ትውስታ ጥበቃና ለቀጣዩ ትውልድ የእውቀት ሽግግር ያለውን አስፈላጊነት የሚያጎላ ሥራ መሆኑ ተጠቁሟል።

በመርሃ ግብሩ ላይ ስለ ፕሮፌሰር ተስፋዬ ገሰሰ የሕይወት ጉዞ፣ የጥበብ ሥራዎችና የግል ትውስታዎች ካካፈሉ አንጋፋ የሀገራችን ባለሙያዎች መካከል *ጸሐፌ ተውኔት፣ ገጣሚና ባለቅኔ አያልነህ ሙላት፣ አርቲስት ተክሌ ደስታ፣ አርቲስት ደበሽ ተመስገን፣ አርቲስት ተስፋዬ ሲማ፣ እንዲህም ጋዜጠኛ፣ ደራሲና የታሪክ ተመራማሪ ጥበቡ በለጠ* ይገኙበታል።

በተጨማሪም በዝግጅቱ የአርቲስቱ የቅርብ ወዳጆች፣ የሙያ አጋሮች፣ የጥበብ ቤተሰብ አባላት፣ የኦቪድ ሆልዲንግስ የሕዝብ ግንኙነት ባለሙያዎችና የካቮድ ኮመርሻል ሪል እስቴት ሠራተኞች ተገኝተዋል።

በመርሃግብሩ መጽሐፉ በይፋ ከመተዋወቁ በተጨማሪ፣ ይዘቱን፣ የአርቲስቱን የሕይወት ጉዞና የጥበብ አስተዋጽኦ የሚዳስስ የመጽሐፍ ዳሰሳና የትውስታ ልውውጥ ተካሂዷል።

በክብር እንግድነት የተገኙት የአዲስ አበባ ባህልና ቱሪዝም ቢሮ የኪነጥበብ ዘርፍ ምክትል ኃላፊ ወ/ሮ ሉባባ ጀማል፣ ፕሮፌሰር ተስፋዬ ገሰሰ የቅርብ መምህራቸው እንደነበሩና በግል ትውስታቸው ውስጥ በግልጽነታቸው እንደሚታወሱ ገልጸዋል።

እንደ ካቮድ ኮመርሻል ሪል እስቴት ያሉ የግሉ ዘርፍ ድርጅቶች ለሥነ ጥበብና ለባህል ልማት የሚያደርጉት የገንዘብና የቦታ ድጋፍ ከማኅበራዊ ኃላፊነት አፈጻጸም በላይ ማኅበረሰባዊ ትስስርን ለማጠናከር፣ ባህላዊ እሴቶችን ለመጠበቅና የሀገርን የጥበብ ታሪክ ለማስቀጠል የሚያበረክተውን አስተዋጽኦም አጉልተዋል።

ካቮድ ኮመርሻል ሪል እስቴት ለማኅበረሰባዊ እሴቶች፣ ለባህል ጥበቃና ለሀገራዊ የጥበብ ቅርስ ማስቀጠል የሚያደርገውን አስተዋጽኦ በተግባር ለማሳየት ያለውን ቁርጠኝነት በዚህ አጋጣሚ ያረጋግጣል።

ኦቪድ ሆልዲንግስ አዲሱን ድርጅታዊ መዋቅር እና የስራ ኃላፊዎች ምደባ ይፋ አደረገ

በተቋማዊ ለውጥ ሂደት ላይ የሚገኘው ኦቪድ ሆልዲንግስ "መሪ ኮከብ"/North Star/ የተሰኘውን መሪ ስትራቴጂ መሰረት አድርጎ የተቀረጸውን አዲስ ድርጅታዊ መዋቅሩን በዛሬው ዕለት ያስተዋወቀ ሲሆን፤ ብቃትና አፈጻጸምን ባማከለ ሁኔታ በየደረጃው የተመደቡ ኃላፊዎችንም ይፋ አድርጓል።

የኩባንያው መስራች፣ የቦርድ ሊቀመንበር እና ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ አቶ ዮናስ ታደሰ ዛሬ መስከረም 30 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም. በኦቪድ ገላን ጉራ ከተማ ፕሮጀክት የሽያጭ ማዕከል ባደረጉት ንግግር፤ በጥናት ላይ ተመስርቶ የተዘጋጀው አደረጃጀት ኩባንያው የያዛቸውን ሰፋፊ ፕሮጀክቶች በስኬት ለማጠናቀቅና ወደ አዲስ የዕድገት ምዕራፍ ለመሸጋገር የሚያስችል መሆኑን አረጋግጠዋል።

የተሾሙት ኃላፊዎችና አመራሮች ተቋማዊ ለውጡ ግቡን እንዲመታ በሙሉ ባለቤትነት በትጋት ሊሰሩ እንደሚገባ ያሳሰቡት አቶ ዮናስ፤ ፕሮጀክቶች በተቀመጠላቸው የጊዜ ገደብ፣ ወጪና የጥራት እንዲጠናቀቁ ማስቻል እንደሚገባቸው አመልክተዋል።

እያንዳንዱ አመራርና የሥራ ኃላፊ አዲሱን መዋቅርና የአሰራር ዘይቤ ተቀብሎ፣ ራሱን መለወጥና ከለውጡ ጋር ተስማምቶ መቀጠል እንደሚጠበቅበትም አሳስበዋል።

የኩባንያው ቦርድ ለአመራሮች ሙሉ ድጋፍ እንደሚያደርግ፤ በፈጣን ውሳኔ አሰጣጥና የመረጃ ልውውጥ የስራ ፍሰቱ እንደሚቀላጠፍ፤ የበጀት፣ የቴክኖሎጂ እና የሰው ኃይል ግብአቶች እንደሚሟሉ፤ የስራ ማነቆዎች እንደሚወገዱ ገልጸዋል።

የአንትራ ቢዝነስ ግሩፕ ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚና የኦቪድ የቦርድ አባል ዶ/ር አንተነህ ተገኝ በበኩላቸው፤ አለማቀፍ ተሞክሮዎችን ያገናዘበው አደረጃጀት፤ የኩባንያውን አሰራር ዘመናዊና የተናበበ እንደሚያደርግ ጠቁመው፤ የስራ ኃላፊዎች የሚጠበቅባቸውን በአግባቡ እንዲወጡ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።

In the field of Civil Engineering, Dr. Wakjira ranked 604th among 67,736 researchers worldwide, highlighting his standing in the global research community.

His academic achievements reflect the growing contribution of Ethiopian scholars to international scientific research, engineering innovation, and the advancement of knowledge.
