The Board of Directors of Walabu Construction share Company has appointed new leaders who can take the company forward. The appointees are 1st Engineer Tadesse Dirba as the General Manager of the company, 2nd Engineer Gemechis Abera as the Engineering Operations Executive Officer', 3rd Mr. Legese Bakana as the Engineering Service Executive Officer, 4th Mr. Firdisa Yadeta as the 'CEO Office head and the Managers in the presence of employees, welcomed the new leadership to the company.

After the good by Ceremony, former General Manager Engineer Dereje Ermias expressed his gratitude to the leaders and employees for the event and said he is ready to share his experience with the new leadership in the future.
The Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, Dr. Engr. Habtamu Itafa After welcoming the new leaders, gave directions and said that most of the developing countries are making special development efforts to achieve the intended development works and ensure the benefits of the people. The Oro – Group has brought together five major development companies under one leadership to accelerate the development of the country. As WCSHCs, we have appointed new leaders who can work and change Walabu in order to achieve the established objectives and ensure the effectiveness of the organization and the community.
The General Manager of the company Engineer Tadesse Dirba, on his part, expressed his gratitude for the welcome and said that he will accept the trust given to him and use his experience to work together with all Stakeholders of the company to achieve the desired goal.
Board members of the organization also commented that Walabu has come through various stages. They said the company is ready to remove obstacles to achieve its goals and strengthen the new leadership.
