Based in Addis Ababa, this role requires a refined professional capable of delivering consistently exceptional dining experiences, with the highest standards of quality, presentation, and discretion.

โข Plan and prepare a diverse range of high-standard meals (local and international cuisine)
โข Design tailored menus for daily dining, special occasions, and VIP guests
โข Ensure all meals meet fine-dining standards in taste, presentation, and quality
โข Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory, procurement, and cost control
โข Supervise and guide kitchen support staff as needed
โข Maintain strict standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
โข Source premium ingredients and manage supplier relationships
โข Accommodate dietary preferences and special requirements
โข Ensure seamless service during hosting and high-level engagements

โข Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Private Chef in high-end environments (hotels, embassies, or exclusive settings)
โข Strong command of both international and local cuisines
โข Demonstrated expertise in fine-dining presentation
โข Ability to operate with professionalism in VIP and high-pressure settings
โข Strong organizational and kitchen management skills
โข High level of discretion, confidentiality, and personal integrity
โข Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage
