🇹🇿 Project Completion Updates in Zanzibar

We are proud to share that the HVAC Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning works at the SMIDA Agro Processing Plant in Zanzibar, Tanzania are now complete, and the handover was successfully conducted without issue.

The project was delivered under the esteemed supervision of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) as Employer, funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), and implemented for the Small and Medium Industrial Development Agency (SMIDA) as the Client.

Beyond HVAC ex*****on, our scope included:

• Standby Generator Set Supply and installation for sudden electric power outages
• Water Pumps supply and installations, and the remedy of the existing firefighting system
• Building aesthetics and compliance components (signage, first-aid systems, shoe racks, and cleaning utilities)
• Full Building Management System (BMS) synchronization and integration

From international procurement and logistics coordination to disciplined site ex*****on and final commissioning, the project was delivered in full compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and performance requirements.

The seamless handover reflects not only strong engineering capability but also structured project governance, transparent reporting, and effective collaboration with international development partners and public institutions.

As we continue expanding across East Africa, our focus remains clear: Deliver complex electro-mechanical and integrated building systems with reliability, responsibility, and uncompromising quality.

This milestone further strengthens our position as a growing regional EPC partner capable of supporting internationally funded industrial and infrastructure development programs.
