Forest project

የቦታው ስፋት በጠቅላላ 3,700 ሄክታር ሲሆን ይህም ማለት ደግሞ የልደታ ክፍለ ከተማን አራት ያህል እጥፍ ማለት ነው - ልደታ ክፍለ ከተማ 800 ሄክታር ገደማ እንደሆነ ልብ ይሏል።

የቤተመንግስቱም ግንባታ እየተፋጠነ እንደሚገኝ መረጃዎች ይጠቁማሉ። የቤተመንግስት ግንባታው ብቻ የየወቅቱን የኮንስትራክሽን ዋጋ ጨምሮ እስከ 80 ቢሊዮን ብር እንደሚፈጅ ፤ አጠቃላይ ሳተላይት ከተማውን ለማጠናቀቅ ደግሞ አንድ ትሪሊዮን ብር ድረስ ሊፈጅ እንደሚችል ለፕሮጀክቱ ቅርብ የሆኑ ምንጮች ይናገራሉ ።

አዲሱ-አዲስ አበባ ውብ እና በየቀኑ ብዙ ገንዘብ ማመንጨት የሚችል እንደሆነ በባለሙያዎች ታምኖበታል ። ባለሙያዎች እንደሚሉት የጫካው ከተማ ሌሎች ከተሞች ሲገነቡ የተሠሩ ስህተቶች እንዳይደገሙ እድል ይሰጣል። ሰው እና ተፈጥሮም የሚገናኙበት ውብ ስፍራም ይሆናል።ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዶር.ዓብይ አህመድ ለፓርላማ በሰጡት ማብራሪያ ፕሮጀክቱን ‘’የአፍሪካ ኩራት’’ ብለውታል ።

ፕሮጀክቱ በርካታ ኮንትራክተሮችን የሚያሳትፍ ፣ ብዙ የስራ ዕድል የሚፈጥር - አዳዲስ እና ዘመናዊ የአገነባብ ስልቶችን የሚያቀዳጅ በመሆኑ ለኢንዱስትሪው ተዋንያን መልካም ዜናም ጭምር ነው።

አዲሱ እየሩሳሌም -አሮጌው እየሩሳሌም ፤ አዲሱ ፓሪስ አሮጌው ፓሪስ እንደሚባለው ሁሉ አሮጌው አዲስ አበባ ፣ አዲሱ አዲስ አበባ - ይባል ዘንድ ጊዜው ፈቅዷል።
