We are an early-stage startup building a data-driven platform that collects, analyzes, and visualizes personal information through a web-based product. Our mission is to transform raw user data into meaningful insights using modern AI techniques—while maintaining strong engineering, scalability, and ethical data practices.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-managing Full-Stack Engineer who can take ownership of our technical stack and data strategy. This role blends web development, AI-driven data analysis, and technical leadership. You will help design, build, and scale our website, transform collected data into insights using AI, and present results through clear visualizations.
This is a hands-on role with strong influence over technical decisions and product direction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware & Web Development
Design, build, and maintain a web platform for collecting and managing personal data
Develop scalable, secure, and performant backend systems
Build and maintain frontend components for effective data presentation
Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance best practices
Data & AI
Design data pipelines for collecting, storing, and processing user data
Apply AI / machine learning techniques to analyze and extract meaning from data
Use AI models to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
Continuously improve data quality and AI model performance
Data Visualization & Insights
Convert complex datasets into clear and meaningful visualizations
Build dashboards, charts, and interactive data views
Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ownership & Leadership
Manage tasks independently and take ownership of deliverables
Make architectural and tooling decisions
Contribute to product and technical strategy with the founder
Support team growth as the company scales
Required Qualifications
Experience in full-stack software development
Strong knowledge of web technologies (frontend and backend)
Experience building and maintaining web-based applications
Practical experience using AI tools or machine learning for data analysis
Ability to analyze data and turn it into insights
Experience with data visualization tools or libraries
Strong self-management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Familiarity with AI frameworks, LLMs, or data science tools
Startup or early-stage company experience
Understanding of data privacy and ethical data use
