1. At O'Tech, we believe in mutual growth, not exploitation. Our trainers share 50% of the net profit from the training they deliver. The harder they work, the greater their reward — a fair and transparent system that values real effort and results, unlike traditional university models: a salary of a pinch of salt $100/ a month
2. O'Tech is a place owned by everyone — including you, the one reading this! You’re welcome to bring a training idea that can benefit society. Consider O'Tech your own and deliver your training here. Once an agreement is reached, registration and payment are handled by O'Tech, while promotion is done together and students are hosted at O'Tech with a well equipped setup. Unlike the universities owned by a failed government & unorganized structure.
3. We’ll open branches for our devoted partners and allow them to share 50% of the profit earned from the training programs their branch delivers. Alternatively, we’ll support them in establishing their own academies or related businesses, while giving their current position to others who show similar dedication.
