Metso ha firmado un acuerdo para adquirir Italbronze, un fabricante brasileño de componentes de aleaciones de bronce de alta calidad y proveedor de confianza de Metso durante más de 30 años.

A partir de esta colaboración de larga trayectoria, la adquisición fortalecerá una capacidad de fabricación estratégicamente importante, mejorará la resiliencia de la cadena de suministro y respaldará la disponibilidad y el desarrollo de repuestos clave para clientes a nivel global. Esta operación representa un paso más en el avance del liderazgo tecnológico de Metso en chancado y en la aceleración del crecimiento del negocio de postventa.

La transacción está sujeta a la aprobación de las autoridades de competencia y se prevé que se complete a finales de 2026.
