In the coming months, we’ll reveal how we built the manufacturing capabilities and supply chains required to sustain this pace of development in a post-Ukraine world. But today, we’re focusing on our primary partner: KNDS Mobility (formerly Texelis - Defense).

Real-world operations have exposed a clear gap in the usual vehicle lineups: the need for a platform tougher than a light 4x4, but a lot more nimble than a heavy 6x6 carrier.

The SCATA MK1 is a 18-tonne armored vehicle built for this middle ground, balancing high-level protection with the agility you actually need in a contested environment.

We don’t do modified civilian chassis. The MK1 is 100% military-grade, featuring dedicated crew protection and a reinforced roof designed specifically to handle top-attack threats, like drones.

With a range modifiable up to 1000 km, 505 mm ground clearance, and the muscle to climb 60% gradients, the MK1 keeps moving in spots where the big heavy-lifters get stuck.

Introducing the SCATA MK1

We are proud to announce the upcoming launch of the SCATA MK1, a new generation of modular armored vehicles.

Born in Ostrobothnia, Finland, SCATA draws from one of Northern Europe’s strongest industrial engineering regions, known for world-class metal fabrication, industrial welding, and advanced manufacturing.

The SCATA MK1 is being developed in a trusted partnership with Texelis. By acting as a system integrator and platform owner, we combine our industrial focus with a dependable, proven supply chain to ensure every vehicle is mission-ready from day one.

Selected technical specifications:
Certified Protection: The crew compartment is rated at STANAG 4569 Level 2 ballistic protection, with the roof reaching Level 3a. It features Level 2a/2b blast protection, designed to withstand a 6kg mine under the wheels or belly.

Modularity: The MK1 is designed as a modular mission platform, enabling rapid configuration across operational roles including Special Forces mobility, MEDEVAC, Light Air Defense, reconnaissance, and heavy-duty tactical support.

Mobility: Powered by a military-grade 375 HP Cummins engine. The base model delivers a range of 700 km, which can be extended to 1,000 km.

All-Terrain Mastery: Engineered to handle a 60% gradient, 40% side slope, and 1.3m fording depth, supported by independent military-grade suspension and a 505 mm ground clearance.
