Interpretation of the perfect Derby Boot combines the heritage of traditional Western bootmaking with the durability and character of stitch-down construction. The result is a beautifully crafted design that brings together two of our favorite bootmaking traditions.

A timeless engineer boot built to develop character with every wear.

Crafted from premium Holanda Black Tea-Core Veg Tan Bison leather, this pair combines the rugged texture and durability of bison with a black finish that gradually reveals warm brown undertones as it ages, creating a unique patina that reflects years of wear.

Built on 002 last, it features a clean, refined silhouette inspired by vintage engineer boots. The adjustable brass buckles, leather-lined shaft, and stacked leather heel preserve the heritage of the original design while offering a modern, versatile profile.

Constructed using traditional Goodyear welt construction, it is finished with a leather midsole and a durable 705 Vibram half sole, providing exceptional longevity, comfort, and reliable traction for everyday wear.

Like every pair of Unmarked boots, it is handcrafted in León, Mexico by skilled artisans using time-honored techniques.

Danner Trail 2650 is the best walking shoe, in my opinion. I walked 840 km in 32 days on the Camino de Santiago with my pair, without any problems.
It’s a remarkably lightweight shoe that provides excellent support for its weight.. The Vibram rubber soles offer great grip, helping you stay steady on wet surfaces. I highly recommend them!

The Red Wing 2966 is an iconic, non-steel-toe pull-on engineer boot crafted from legendary "tea-core" Black Klondike leather.

Stripped of the safety toe, this heavy-duty machine is a direct throwback to the 1940s rail yards. The real magic is in the Black Klondike hide. It’s double-tanned with a raw brown base beneath a tough-as-nails black exterior coat. Every hard mile, scuff, and scrape strips back the black finish to unleash the high-contrast brown "tea-core" patina underneath.

Bleu de Chauffe uses natural, vegetable-tanned leather. This traditional process transforms hides using natural agents such as mimosa, chestnut, and acacia.
The tannery pays the utmost attention to water treatment. After use, the water is settled, treated, and returned to the river as pure as when it first entered.

MADE IN FRANCE
Every cut, design, and stitch is made in the Bleu de Chauffe workshop in Saint-Georges-de-Luzençon, France.
