Work on the Lurens Summer Theatre's revolving auditorium is moving to the site.

Our scope for this project went beyond the traditional architectural design scope, as we handled the full 3D modeling and structural shop drawings for the steelwork. Partnering with Kaj Avellán and Kaaritaivutus Kumpula Oy

New photos from the Eggshell Dome, a timber structure located in Shanghai, China. A design collaboration between and Shanghai-based Nota Architects.

The pavilion has proven to be a popular attraction at the PAC commercial complex.

Comprising of more than 700 unique components, the project showcases the excellence of Finnish timber and timber know-how. designed and generated the fabrication-ready 3D-model for local production using state-of-the art methods.

We are pleased to announce that we have started with vårt andra projekt i Sverige - a visitor center at Bergs Slussar in Göta kanal near Linköping, Sweden designed by Tengbom architects.

Geometria has been commissioned by Nordic WoodSolutions AB to provide fabrication modeling for the curved structural timber frame. Our scope includes the CLT floor, LVL walls and Glulam frame, as well as the wood structure for the doubly curved timber roofs. We are supporting Nordic WoodSolutions AB throughout the design-to-fabrication process.

The architectural design is by Tengbom architects. The project team includes main engineer Granlund K-Lab AB, CLT engineer AFRY, and Glulam engineer and fabricator neue Holzbau AG. The LVL structures are fabricated and delivered by Punkaharjun Puutaito Oy. Stora Enso will provide the CLT and fabrication, as well as the Kerto-LVL for the project. Wilzéns is the main contractor for the project.

Design work is currently underway. We look forward to contributing to this technically demanding timber structure.

Kun monimutkaisuus hidastaa tekemistäsi.

Geometria hyödyntää algoritmiavusteista BIM-mallinnusta ja automatisoituja työkaluja, joilla monimutkaisistakin hankkeista tuotetaan selkeää ja toteutusvalmista tietoa. Parametriset työnkulut nopeuttavat mallinnusta, vähentävät virheitä ja pienentävät kustannuksia - oli kyse vaativasta geometriasta tai tuhansista yksilöllisistä osista.

Kehittämillämme algoritmiavusteisilla työkaluilla rakennamme tuotantovalmiit mallit sekä toimitamme tarkan datan ja luotettavat aineistot valmistukseen ja asennukseen. Näin urakoitsijat ja valmistajat voivat hallita monimutkaisetkin hankkeet tehokkaasti ja varmuudella.

Koulutuskeskus Valon laajennus LisäValo etenee hyvää vauhtia Ylöjärvellä. Kävimme työmaalla katsomassa hanketta, jossa Geometria on vastannut rakennuksen julkisivujen tuotantomallinnuksesta Aluteräs Oy:n toimeksiannosta.

Arkkitehtitoimisto Perko Oy suunnittelema hanke valmistuu vuonna 2026, ja sen toteutuksessa ovat mukana mm. A-Insinöörit ja Granlund. Kohteen urakoi Rakennusliike Lapti Oy.

Geometria rakentaa vaativat arkkitehtoniset muodot tuotantovalmiiksi digitaalisiksi malleiksi. Parametrisen mallinnuksen ja BIM:in avulla varmistamme, että jokainen osa täyttää tuotannon tarkkuusvaatimukset.

Toimitamme tarkkaa tuotantodataa erilaisiin valmistusmenetelmiin. Työmme yhdistää suunnittelun ja tuotannon, mahdollistaen monimuotoisten rakenteiden tehokkaan ja varman toteutuksen.

Katajanokan Laituri on valittu vuoden 2025 Arkkitehtuurin Finlandia -palkinnon saajaksi!

Olemme ylpeitä siitä, että olemme saaneet olla mukana tämän rakennuksen toteutuksessa, joka edustaa kestävän rakentamisen ja suomalaisen puuarkkitehtuurin kärkeä.

Geometria vastasi rakennuksen julkisivujen tuotantomallinnuksesta Haka pks Oy:n toimeksiannosta. Työ sisälsi julkisivuelementtien tuotantoaineiston laatimisen, kuten dimensioidut valmistus- ja kokoonpanokuvat, määräluetteloinnin, dokumentaation, CNC-työstötiedot ja työmaan asennuspiirustukset.
