This is Antti, Kodan's newest software developer. Antti will be working in our Skaala unit, which focuses on small-scale development and maintenance.

Antti has been working as a full-stack software developer for more than 10 years, and his experience ranges from industrial systems to location services.

Outside of work, Antti is into all kinds of sports and fitness: beach volleyball, padel, weight training, and jogging. When he is not exercising, he likes to do other outdoor activities (either on a bike or skis) and lightweight subsistence farming.

Kodan designed and built a new digital ticketing and booking platform, integrated directly into the PowerPark website.

The platform’s first real test came during PowerPark’s Black Friday campaign. Sales increased by 14% compared to the previous year, and the system handled hundreds of transactions within minutes without performance issues.

This is Diana, Kodan’s newest software developer!

Diana shares a bit about herself in her own words:

"I’ve mostly worked with React and JavaScript, along with native and React Native mobile development, both in-house and as a consultant across projects of varying complexity. I especially enjoy the problem solving side of my work, designing systems, handling integrations, and working closely with clients to find practical solutions.

Outside of software, I like trying new things across different areas. Lately, I’ve been into quad roller skating (still practicing downhill, it’s tricky), staying active with BodyPump and other at-home workouts, and kayaking in the summer."

Yesterday, our new Tampere office was packed with the TampereJS community! We enjoyed three spectacular presentations, delicious food, and even better company.

The sessions covered CSS grids and accessibility, followed by a presentation from the Kodan team about the current state and future of design and frontend development.

The catering received praise ("Finally, something else than pizza!"), so a big shoutout to 4Catering as well.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a fun night!
